I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The location was excellent, close to all facilities and restaurants, and walking around felt safe even at night. However, the room had some issues like a clogged drainage in the shower and no window, which was a downside. The service was decent overall, with helpful staff except for a few communication mishaps. The dining options were hit or miss, with some delicious meals but others that were really bad.

I found the hotel's location fantastic, right in the heart of El Poblado with easy access to bars and restaurants. The rooms were top-notch, but be wary that room availability isn't always guaranteed. The service was outstanding, with staff going above and beyond to assist guests. Dining and facilities had their highs and lows, so let's dive in!
