I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The location was excellent, close to all facilities and restaurants, and walking around felt safe even at night. However, the room had some issues like a clogged drainage in the shower and no window, which was a downside. The service was decent overall, with helpful staff except for a few communication mishaps. The dining options were hit or miss, with some delicious meals but others that were really bad.

I found the hotel's location fantastic, right in the heart of El Poblado with easy access to bars and restaurants. The rooms were top-notch, but be wary that room availability isn't always guaranteed. The service was outstanding, with staff going above and beyond to assist guests.
